Poultry farm with 50,000 laying hens and processing of droppings into natural fertilizer

Poultry farm on 20 hectares, including 7 hectares owned, comprising two henhouses: one of 2,000 m² housing 30,000 laying hens, the other of 1,700 m² for 20,000 laying hens, equipped with 60 kW photovoltaic panels powering both buildings. The hens are raised outdoors with a fenced run, and the eggs are sold under contract. A 180 m² packaging center is present, as well as a 450 m² manure building and a tunnel equipped for transforming manure into UAB-certified natural fertilizer granules. The fertilizer is produced and packaged in various forms for sale to professionals and individuals. The site is fully landscaped, with customer parking, a tarmac courtyard, and various equipment such as a generator and a telescopic handler included in the sale.
