15 minutes from Bourbon l’Archambault, mixed farming and dairy farm of 283 hectares.

Mixed farming, livestock and milk production on an area of 283 ha, including 92 ha owned. Milk production is 1.3 million liters (160 dairy cows). The main site is made up of various farm buildings including a milking parlor (2x16). The estate is spread over three sites 10 km apart: first site with the buildings and the dwelling house (86 ha), second site (115 ha), third site (89 ha). Part of the land is drained and irrigated for corn production thanks to a 33,000 m³ pond. Boreholes are present to supply the animals with water. A herd of 50 Salers suckler cows is also present on the grassy area. A dwelling house is located on the main site (approximately 200 m²). All the equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the farm is included in the price as well as the livestock and the DPB. Only stocks will be extra following the resumption date.
